The Steering Group of the Prison Arts Network met in The Netherlands in Vught on November 6-9, 2008 to plan and cooridinate the many activities of the network, including a huge conference in Denmark in the summer of 2009.

The host of the meeting was Legs Boelen from the prison JI Vught. Besides of the meeting, the SG visited the prison of Legs and was very impressed of the status of the use of arts in the prison. A record of the visit can be found on the PAN Flickr archive.
